Brophy offers a range of accommodation and support services to young people and individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The options range from kinship care/foster care through to  independent supported accommodation. The services utilise an empowerment relationship based approach to build on the strengths and skills of  children, young people and individuals .

These services are:
 

Transitional Housing Support Service

aims to provide support to youth aged between 15 and 25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness as they make the transition to independent living.

Crisis Accommodation Program

is a short-term crisis accommodation, referral and support service. The service is available for young people aged between 15-25 and is accessed through our YHP intake service.

Creating Connections-Youth Hubs

targets young people 15-25 who are homeless and aims to focus on early intervention, tailored accommodation and housing supports for individuals with complex needs.  Its overall aim is to enhance the youth homelessness service sector.

Leaving Care Program

aims to provide intensive support to young people leaving state care aged between 16 – 18 years.

Community Reconnections

uses an assertive outreach model to assist adults over the age of 25, with complex, multiple support needs and who are homeless or living in insecure, low-cost accommodation.

Supporting Connections

identifies gaps in service for residents of SRS’ and utilizes brokerage and referral to assist.
